General Role Description: As a Bereavement Coordinator, you will supervise the provision of bereavement services that reflect the needs of patients and their families. You will demonstrate proficiency in providing bereavement services to individuals of all races, ages, genders, sexual orientations, social classes, spiritual beliefs, and mental/emotional statuses, as evidenced by observation and EGSS scores.

  • Experience in grief and loss counseling
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Pastoral Counseling
  • Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $51,120 to $76,680 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
