Zekai is seeking Bengali Transcription Experts for a 100% remote contractor role. You will transcribe Bengali audio and video, refine machine transcripts, and annotate data according to project guidelines. Strong Bengali proficiency and the ability to work independently in a remote setup are essential.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the capacity to meet project milestones while using provided transcription tools and platforms.

Formación

• Native or near-native Bengali proficiency with strong spelling, grammar and syntax.
• Experience in transcription, translation, linguistics, or related language work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on clarity and accuracy.

Scope of Work:

• Transcribe Bengali audio recordings and video content with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure correct representation of accents, dialects, and linguistic nuances in the transcribed text.
• Review and edit machine-generated transcripts for errors and inconsistencies, refining them for clarity and correctness.
• Label and annotate transcription data according to project-specific guidelines and standards.
• Communicate effectively with project coordinators to resolve ambiguities and uphold quality benchmarks.
• Meet defined project milestones and deliverables through consistent, reliable participation.
• Utilize provided tools and platforms for submission and quality control of deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:
