Talent With Heart is seeking an experienced Benefit Specialist to guide employees through health, wellness, and retirement programs in a hybrid Lexington-based role. You will simplify complex benefit options, ensure compliance, and partner with Human Resources to keep programs running smoothly.

You will educate staff on enrollment processes, changes, and eligibility, delivering clear, empathetic guidance while driving program improvements.

Qualifications

• 7–25 years of benefits administration experience.
• Ability to simplify complex information and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid Lexington-based role.

Responsibilities

• Guide employees through benefit changes, enrollment processes, and eligibility requirements with clarity and empathy.
• Explain coverage options and ensure compliance with legal standards, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
• Collaborate closely with the Human Resources team to ensure seamless operations of benefit programs.
• Lead initiatives to educate employees on their benefits, ensuring they are well-informed and empowered.
• Continuously enhance our health, welfare, and retirement programs, driving improvements and innovation.
