Job summary

Providence Health & Services, a leading Catholic health system, seeks the Head of Benefits to design and deliver enterprise benefits, wellbeing, retirement, caregiver health, and absence programs. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to align programs with mission, physician and caregiver needs, and long-term financial sustainability.

The role leads a team across Benefits, Caregiver Health, Strategy & Wellbeing, Retirement, and Absence Management, driving lifecycle

Qualifications

15+ years leadership in benefits or total rewards.
10+ years people leadership in enterprise programs.
Experience with complex benefit programs and governance.
Knowledge of health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and compliance.
Healthcare system or large multi-state employer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise benefits and wellbeing strategy.
Oversee design, governance, administration, and compliance of benefits.
Provide financial oversight for health, welfare, retirement, and absence programs.
Drive a consumer-grade caregiver experience and service delivery.
Lead vendor and consultant relationships with performance management.
Coach and develop a high-performing Benefits leadership team.
