Job summary

AO Garcia Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote sales/consultative role. You will work with warm leads, discuss financial-protection options, and guide clients to enrollment when it’s a fit.

You’ll be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results; there is a clear process to follow and a path into leadership for high performers. Interviews are conducted on Zoom, and the team provides coaching from people who have done the work.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking to clients and explaining benefits clearly.
• Able to stay motivated and coachable with minimal supervision.
• Experience or comfort with remote, camera-based interactions.
