The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead the strategy, governance, and financial management of our comprehensive employee benefits programs. This role reports to the VP of Total Rewards and oversees health, retirement, leave programs, and vendor relationships.

You will design cost-effective, compliant programs that enhance employee health outcomes and experience, while partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and executives to drive business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Significant experience leading enterprise-wide benefits programs.
• Experience managing self-insured medical plans and multi-state programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits strategy aligned with business and financial goals.
• Lead health, retirement, leave of absence, and time-off programs with fiduciary governance.
• Oversee vendor management, compliance, and program financial sustainability.
• Coach and develop a high-performing benefits team and drive data-driven improvements.
