Job Title: Benefits Manager

Pay: $100,000 – $155,000 annually (based on experience and location) + discretionary bonus

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established professional services organization to hire a Benefits Manager. This is a high-visibility role offering the opportunity to shape, manage, and enhance employee benefits programs across multiple office locations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of health, retirement, and wellness benefits programs.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to align benefits with organizational strategy.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to maintain competitive offerings.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.).
  • Collaborate with HRIS and payroll teams to streamline processes and reporting.
  • Drive employee education and communication regarding benefits programs.
  • Support annual budgeting, compliance reporting, and audits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred).
  • 8-10 years of experience in benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first mindset.
