- Knowledge of multi-state benefits compliance
What Success Looks Like
You know how to use the expertise and resources available through insurance brokers, carriers, vendors, and third-party administrators, while also knowing when to roll up your sleeves and investigate an issue yourself.
You are comfortable with questions that do not have an obvious answer. You gather the right information, involve the right partners, and follow through until the issue is resolved for the employee or the business.
You are organized, responsive, comfortable with data, and enjoy being an approachable internal resource for employees.
