The Opportunity
We\'re seeking a talented, customer-service-focused Benefits Specialist to support Catalis employees through our benefits, retirement, and leave-of-absence programs across the U.S. and Canada. You\'ll be the primary point of contact for employees on all things benefits: answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them with care and professionalism. You\'ll also partner closely with Payroll and Accounting, as well as external brokers and vendors, to keep our programs accurate, compliant, and running smoothly.
This role is a great fit for someone who wants to be the master of their domain. You\'ll have real autonomy to own your programs end-to-end, backed by teammates you can lean on when you need a second set of hands or a sounding board. It\'s a chance to make a meaningful, visible impact on our Benefits function and on the employees who rely on it.
This is a hybrid, exempt position offering flexibility, reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, with a preference for candidates based in the Atlanta, GA metro area.
