Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in one or more listed specializations.
• Based in the United States or Canada with knowledge of benefits and insurance landscape.
• Able to operate with accuracy, meet deadlines, and maintain data security.

Responsibilities

• Scenario design and pressure-testing member scenarios and rubrics.
• AI agent evaluation and feedback on coverage accuracy.
• Subject-matter input on correctness, coverage, and hard-fail boundaries.
