AgentBase in Lincolnton, GA is seeking a benefits sales representative to work onsite with individuals, families, and businesses to tailor insurance and benefits solutions.

This is a hands-on, commission-based role; no required previous sales experience, training provided, licensing required to sell products.

You will build relationships, manage a local client base, and contribute to team goals through consultations, presentations, and ongoing follow-up.

You'll work directly with individuals, families, and/or businesses to understand their needs and provide insurance and benefits solutions designed to help protect their financial futures. This is a hands-on sales opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with a team, and developing professionally in a local environment.

Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required. We provide training and resources to help the right candidates develop the skills needed to succeed.

Principal duties and responsibilities

Compensation and growth

This is a commission-only sales position with average first-year earnings of $65,000+ and uncapped earning potential based on performance. Training and professional development are provided, with opportunities for advancement based on performance. State and federal laws require licensing to sell certain insurance products, and candidates must be willing and able to obtain the appropriate license.

Work location

In person: This is a locally based role that includes working with your team in the office as well as field-based sales, meeting with clients and businesses throughout the surrounding area. Reliable transportation is required.
