The Busby Agencies is seeking motivated insurance and benefits sales representatives. You will work with individuals, families, and businesses to tailor insurance solutions and protect their financial future, combining independent work with local team collaboration.

Training is provided, licensing is required, and the role offers uncapped earning potential through commission-based compensation in a hybrid work setup with in-field client meetings.

You'll work directly with individuals, families, and/or businesses to understand their needs and provide insurance and benefits solutions designed to help protect their financial future. This is a relationship-driven sales opportunity combining independent work with direct interaction with clients and your local team.

Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required. We provide training and resources to help the right candidates develop the skills needed to succeed.

Principal duties and responsibilities

Compensation and growth

This is a commission-only sales position with average first-year earnings of $65,000+ and uncapped earning potential based on performance. Training and professional development are provided, with opportunities for advancement based on performance. State and federal laws require licensing to sell certain insurance products, and candidates must be willing and able to obtain the appropriate license.

Work location

Hybrid: This role includes a combination of in-office work and field-based sales, meeting with clients and businesses throughout the local area. Reliable transportation is required.
