Job summary

Everett and Associates is hiring benefits sales representatives to work with individuals and businesses in the local Arkansas market. You will understand client needs, present insurance and benefits solutions, and develop a sustainable client base through in-person interactions and ongoing follow-up.

Previous sales experience is welcome but not required. Training and licensing support are provided to help you succeed in a locally based role with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to assess needs and goals.

• Follow up with clients throughout the sales process to close deals.
• Learn product offerings and stay current on regulatory requirements.
• Pursue licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.
