Job summary

srecruiting is hiring a Benefits Representative to work from home in the United States. Daily duties include inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and presenting benefits to union members who request information, along with completing paperwork and quality control.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
• Must be 18+ years of age and pass a background check.
