This role involves developing a client base in the middle-market segment while maintaining strong relationships with HR leaders and business owners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in employee benefits new business development.
• Experience with middle-market accounts (100–2500 employees).
• Established connections with HR leaders and business owners in DC Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a book of employee benefits business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build long-term client relationships with HR leaders and CFOs.
• Conduct needs assessments and benefits plan analysis.
• Present employee benefits solutions including medical and ancillary lines.
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective solutions.
• Cross-sell across various benefit platforms.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance presentations.
