About the Role
We're hiring a Benefits and Compensation Manager to own benefits administration and compensation programs. This role will also be responsible for managing our transition off our current PEO and building out benefits and compensation operations in-house. This role will be focused on supporting our US programs, providing global support as needed. You'll bring structure and rigor to programs that are foundational to how we attract, pay, and support our people.

You've managed complex projects with a lot of moving parts and know how to keep them on track. Physical Environment
This position requires the ability to perform sedentary work, which involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects as needed.
