Job summary

Aflac is seeking a full-time Benefits Advisor to serve businesses in the Lake Charles, LA area. This on-site role involves identifying potential clients, presenting Aflac’s supplemental insurance solutions, managing accounts, and delivering excellent service.

Enrollment sessions and client education are key responsibilities. Candidates should have knowledge of Employee Benefits and Insurance, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits and Insurance.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and fostering client relationships.

• Experience in Training and educating employees or clients on products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in a similar field is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

In this on-site role, you will identify potential clients, present Aflac’s benefits solutions, manage customer accounts, provide expert advice on insurance options, and deliver excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include conducting employee enrollment sessions and contributing to customer education about Aflac’s offerings.
