Job summary

Aflac is seeking a Benefits Advisor to help business owners and their employees access voluntary, healthcare, and other benefits that provide financial security during medical events.

You will generate new business, meet with owners, tailor solutions, educate clients, enroll employees, and provide ongoing service across multiple locations. This role is commission-based with performance bonuses and stock incentives.

Compensation and Benefits

Aflac Benefits Advisors enjoy a competitive compensation package, which includes:

• Building monthly residual income
• Performance bonuses

Pay: $47,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:
