The role supports ongoing renewal of Employer and Participant Solutions, coordinating BenAdmin setup, testing, and data reconciliation while aligning with federal and state regulations and reporting needs.
Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Benefits Administration Analyst to their Corporate Synergies team. This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Philly Metro Region.
The Benefits Technology Analyst is critical to the success of the ongoing support and annual renewal of CSG’s Employer and Participant Support Service offerings. This role works closely with the Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to understand the requirements and to execute the deliverables within the designated timeframe. They are responsible for system setup/configuration, ongoing maintenance, testing and reporting for all Client Solutions related to Employer and Participant Support.
Additionally, the Benefits Technology Analyst is responsible for coordinating the complete and timely delivery of the Benefits Administration system, Billing Reports, Payroll Integration, Review and Reconciliation of Carrier Error Reporting.
The Analyst must stay current on Federal and State regulations and legislation that may affect employee benefits, particularly those impacting system configuration and reporting needs.
This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.
$75,000 — $85,000 USD
