Job summary

Benefitfocus, Inc. is seeking an experienced HCM Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Customer Success Organization.

You will gather data integration requirements, partner with payroll vendors and HCM providers, and deliver accurate data integrations for new employer groups and existing customers undergoing business changes. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality data exchanges, develop testing plans, and support smooth transitions to production support.

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering data integration requirements and delivering solutions that meet clients’ data integration needs. You will support both new employer groups during implementation and existing customers navigating business changes that impact how data is exchanged with Benefitfocus.As an HCM Sr Implementation Consultant, you will develop expertise in Benefitfocus and industry-standard integration approaches while partnering with customers, payroll vendors, HCM providers, and internal engineering teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality data integrations.
