You will verify coverage, enter patient data, prepare documents for evaluations, and assist front office teams with eligibility and authorization questions.

The role involves managing multiple software systems, handling authorizations, and auditing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare, medical office, or insurance verification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple software systems and databases.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities
