Connectly Recruiting is seeking an experienced Benefit Specialist in Lexington, KY to guide employees through health, welfare, and retirement programs. You will advise on enrollment changes and eligibility while ensuring compliance and transparency.

In a supportive hybrid environment, you will collaborate with HR to optimize benefit offerings and educate staff, driving improvements and ensuring benefits remain competitive and valuable across the organization.

Formación

• 7-25 years of benefits administration experience
• Ability to explain complex benefit options clearly
