Job summary

Insight Global in Orlando is seeking Benefit Investigation Specialists to support patients, providers and insurers through benefit investigations, coverage verification and reimbursement support. The role is onsite for the first 90 days in Orlando, with remote eligibility thereafter.

Shifts run Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM, with overtime available; contract offers extension or conversion potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical benefit investigation experience.
• Experience verifying and explaining insurance coverage.
• Experience working with major payers (UHC, BCBS, Aetna, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.).
• Experience making outbound calls to insurance companies.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Support patients, providers and insurers through benefit investigations, coverage verification and reimbursement support.
• Navigate insurance benefits and communicate clearly with providers and patients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve coverage and reimbursement issues.
• Document all investigations and maintain accurate records.

This is a fast-paced opportunity supporting patients, providers, and insurance companies through benefit investigations, coverage verification, and reimbursement support. We are looking for candidates with experience navigating insurance benefits, working with major payers, and communicating with providers and patients.

Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite first 90 days, then remote eligible)

Schedule: Multiple shifts available between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday-Friday (OT available)

Contract: Extension/conversion potential

Required Qualifications:
