Job summary

Phillips Staffing is seeking a dependable Bender Operator for our client in Lyman, SC, to join a fast-paced production team. The role focuses on bending boiler tubes, reading work orders, and ensuring quality and safety in daily tasks.

You will operate bending equipment, perform hydro testing, bevel and cut tubes, and safely move materials with a forklift. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in a physically demanding environment throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Operate bending equipment to process boiler tubes.
• Perform hydrostatic (hydro) testing on tubes.
• Bevel and cut tubes according to specifications.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
• Read and follow work orders and production instructions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
