Job summary

Signet Jewelers in Chattanooga seeks entry-level Jewelers and experienced pros to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. Start as an Apprentice Jeweler, handle polishing and basic repairs, and progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler in a promote-from-within environment.

We offer training programs and continuous learning to advance from beginner to artisan. Roles include stone setting, sizing, polishing, repairs, and custom design work depending on your skillset.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends; 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench jeweler tasks and repairs as assigned.
• Assist with stone setting, sizing, polishing and repair work.
• Create stone mountings and wax carving as needed.
• CAD/CAM design work for custom pieces.
