Job summary

Signet Jewelers is hiring entry-level to experienced Jewelers for our Field Design & Service Center Teams in the United States. You may start as an Apprentice Jeweler handling administrative tasks and basic polishing, with a clear path to becoming a Bench Jeweler.

Qualified candidates will have bench experience, steel-toed precision and pride in craftsmanship, plus the ability to pass a bench test. Overtime and weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler experience in skilled trades with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Customer service minded with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Stone setting and jewelry repair tasks as needed.
• Bench work to restore, create, and modify jewelry.
• Participation in jeweler training programs to advance skills.
• Assist in non-destructive repairs and finishing tasks.
