Job summary

Signet Jewelers seeks entry-level and experienced jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center teams. You may start as an Apprentice Jeweler, handling administrative tasks and polishing, with a clear path to becoming a skilled Bench Jeweler.

The role offers training, promotion-from-within opportunities, and exposure to custom jewelry design and repairs. Advancement depends on skill development in stone setting, sizing, polishing, and fabrication, with competitive pay and full-time benefits

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform jewelry repairs and fabrication tasks as directed.
• Assist with setting stones and re-tipping prongs.
• Manufacture custom pieces and respond to service requests with quality workmanship.
