Job summary

Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest specialty jewelry retailer, seeks entry-level and experienced Jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center teams in Indiana. Start as an Apprentice Jeweler and progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through our training and promote-from-within culture.

We offer opportunities to learn setting, sizing, polishing, and repairs, with a path from beginner to artisan and a Customer-First experience. Some roles include overtime and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Bench jeweler experience in skilled trades with fine metals.
• Pass bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Customer-service minded with high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Repair and fabricate jewelry according to specifications.
• Perform chain and clasp repairs and prong re-tipping.
• Set stones and create mounting designs.
• Perform channel and platinum rebuilds.
• Repair minor rings and other jewelry items.
• Wax carving and fabrication work.
• CAD/CAM design for custom pieces.
• Deliver a Customer-First experience in every interaction.
