Job summary

Signet Jewelers, a leading U.S. jewelry retailer, is hiring entry-level to experienced Jewelers for our Field Design & Service Center Teams. Start as an Apprentice Jeweler and progress toward Master Jeweler with opportunities to learn stone setting, repairs, and custom design.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years Bench Jeweler experience in skilled trades with fine metals.
• Pass bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service oriented with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills; ability to work nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Repair chains and clasps, re-tip prongs, and perform stone setting.
• Create stone mountings and fabricate pieces per specs.
• Perform channel and platinum rebuilds as needed.
• Carry out minor ring repairs and other jewelry repairs.
• Wax carving and fabrication; crafting custom designs.
• Operate CAD/CAM design tools for jewelry pieces.
