Job Summary

As a Bench Executive Chef supporting kitchens in NC and GA, you will ensure safe, sanitary, and efficient kitchen operations, prepare meals according to guidelines, and support culinary excellence. Ideal candidates will reside in Charlotte or Atlanta, with a salary range of $70K-$85K, full benefits, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan menus according to guidelines.
  • Support Morrison accounts in NC and GA.
  • Follow recipes, standards, and complete production worksheets.
  • Train staff on food prep, safety, and sanitation.
  • Maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules.
  • Manage inventory within guidelines.
  • Handle leftover food utilization.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in meetings and staff development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of culinary/kitchen management experience.
  • Catering experience is a plus.
