Job summary

Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join a growing ENT program with a high‑volume practice and the opportunity for sub‑specialty services. The role includes OR block time (2 days/week) and a large primary care referral base.

Compensation starts with a $750,000 floor for the first two years, plus a $150,000 retention incentive and a broad benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K, disability, CME allowance and tail coverage.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification preferred in Otolaryngology (ABMS/AOA/Canada) or able to obtain within five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT care across ages.
• Perform history, exam, diagnosis, and treatment; include head and neck oncology and reconstructive aspects as applicable.
• Collaborate with audiology and APP support; utilize ORs and block time to manage cases.
