Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Belt Coordinator to support the Rental Division. The Belt Coordinator is responsible for safely and accurately operating a conveyer belt that moves product (e.g., garments, floor mats, shop towels) within the plant and for cleaning the work area.

Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work near others for extended periods.
• Must perform in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately operate a conveyer belt moving products in the plant.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality/quantity standards.
• Support the Rental Division as a Belt Coordinator and adapt to shift demands.
