Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI is seeking a part-time Restaurant Supervisor to lead hourly staff, ensure top-tier guest service, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced arena setting.

You will train and develop bartenders and dining room staff, coordinate with management on staffing and operations, greet guests professionally, and maintain a safe, clean environment while adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• One year related experience within fine dining or as a bartender.
• Superior organization and guest service abilities.
• Basic math skills and computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail.
• Ability to deal with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the Bar and Dining Room area is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met.
• Assist managers in training and development of Bartenders and restaurant staff.
• Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume.
• Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Ensuring the highest levels of service to our guests is our greatest priority. Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 / hour
