Hilton in San Jose is seeking a Bellperson/Porter to enhance guest experiences by helping with luggage, guiding arrivals and departures, and acquainting guests with rooms and hotel amenities. This full-time position offers hourly pay and opportunities to contribute to our hospitality standards.

As part of our Hotels team, you’ll transport luggage, assist with guest mobility, maintain equipment standards, and uphold Hilton’s service standards.

Responsabilités

According to UNITE HERE L19, the new hire hourly rate for this position is $25.98 for the First 6 months. After the First 6 months the rate will increase to $23.38. After 12 months, the rate will increase to the CBA rate of $25.98.
