Job summary

JW Marriott Reston Station is seeking a dynamic Bellperson to join our team. You will warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide information on amenities and local attractions to ensure memorable stays.

Responsibilities include escorting guests to rooms, delivering items, coordinating transportation, and maintaining a welcoming lobby. One year bell or guest services experience is preferred; fluent English is required. CDL may apply where relevant.

Qualifications

• One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred.
• Valid CDL license where applicable.
• Familiarity with local area and attractions.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
