BENCHMARK is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Bellperson at Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key, Florida. This role requires a high-energy, outgoing individual passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

You will assist guests with luggage, provide information about hotel amenities, and ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure. A pay rate of $14.00 per hour is offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with luggage and valet parking of guest cars.
• Explain hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide property tours.
• Answer questions about local attractions and transportation.
• Drive the golf cart or van for guest transport needs.

Position Overview

Seasonal Part‑Time Bellperson – high energy, outgoing, and passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain presence on the front drive, assisting with luggage, boxes, equipment, and valet parking of guest cars.
• Explain hotel services and amenities, including location, hours of operation, and banquet function locations.
• Escort guests to their rooms, provide property tours, and deliver luggage and items to guest rooms.
• Answer questions about local attractions and assist guests with transportation needs to and from corporate sites, the airport, and local destinations.
• Provide personalized service to consistently create the best arrival and departure experience in Clearwater Beach.
• Drive the golf cart and/or van to Sand Key Park as needed for guests who wish to go to the beach or be picked up from the beach.
• Deliver guest laundry/dry‑cleaning, requested supplies, and amenities.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of parking lots, public restrooms, ash urns, and public areas as needed.
• Deliver packages received at the hotel to the appropriate departments and log incoming and outgoing packages per company standards.

Compensation

$14.00 – $14.00 per hour.
