Barnsley Resort in Georgia is hiring a Bellperson to deliver outstanding guest service and assist with luggage, directions, and hotel information. You will welcome guests, accompany them to rooms, and help coordinate transportation while maintaining a pristine lobby area.

Ideal candidates have prior guest services or bell experience, strong English communication, and a friendly, proactive attitude to create memorable experiences for guests at this luxury resort.

Qualifications

• One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred.
• Valid CDL license where applicable.
• Familiarity with local area and attractions.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining features and facilities.
• Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as requested.
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area.
