Job summary

Crowne Plaza Charleston Airport is seeking a dependable shuttle driver who can also assist with light guest services. You’ll be the first and last friendly face guests meet, delivering safe transportation and warm, local knowledge.

This role combines airport shuttle driving with marketplace restocking and inventory upkeep, while supporting Front Desk and Guest Services as needed. Excellent communication and a tidy appearance are essential.

• Provide transport to nearby destinations and local areas.

• Assist guests with luggage.
• Maintain a clean, fueled, and guest-ready shuttle.
• Support smooth lobby flow during peak check-in times.
• Restock the Marketplace and organize inventory storage.
• Support Front Desk and Guest Services operations when needed.
• Communicate clearly with the Front Desk regarding guest arrivals and transportation needs.

At Crowne Plaza Charleston Airport, our shuttle drivers are often the first and last team members guests interact with. We’re looking for someone dependable, personable, organized, and calm under pressure — someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

This position combines airport shuttle driving with light guest services support, including maintaining our Marketplace and keeping inventory organized behind the scenes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from Charleston International Airport in a timely manner
• Provide transportation to nearby destinations and approved local areas
• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and local knowledge
• Assist guests with luggage as needed
• Maintain a clean, fueled, and guest-ready shuttle
• Support smooth lobby flow during peak arrival periods
• Restock the Marketplace before high check-in volume times
• Maintain an organized inventory storage closet
• Support Front Desk and Guest Services operations when needed
• Communicate clearly with the Front Desk regarding guest arrivals and transportation needs

Compensation

$13–$15 per hour + tips

Up to $4,000 per month based on occupancy, airline crews, guest volume, and service performance.
