Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Bellperson/ Shuttle Driver to join our service-focused team at our Anaheim property. The role includes assisting guests, transporting guests via hotel van, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of the vehicle.

The position is tipped eligible with a comprehensive benefits package including daily pay options, health and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, parental leave, and hotel employee perks.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task across front-desk and bell operations.
• Strong teamwork and guest-focused service mindset.
• Desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced hotel setting.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and escort to rooms.
• Help with changing rooms, delivery of messages, or arranging taxis.
• Operate hotel van for transporting guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the van.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists guests with carrying luggage and other items to room
• Assists with helping change guest rooms, deliver messages or request taxis for guests

• Perform various other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Bell person
• Minimum of High School education
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and Drug Screening
