Job summary

Sintra Mortgage seeks a Videographer & Content Creator to document our CEO’s day-to-day activities, turning moments into engaging digital content. You’ll accompany the CEO, capture daily activities and meetings, and lead editing for blogs and social platforms.

Ideal candidates are on-the-go, with a creative eye and the ability to publish polished videos that reflect the CEO’s personal brand. Portfolio or reel required; flexible schedule and travel possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in videography, video editing, content creation, or a related field.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar programs.
• Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, audio, and video composition.
• Experience uploading and publishing content to blogs, websites, or social media platforms.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn everyday experiences into engaging content.
• Self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
• Comfortable working closely with a CEO and following a flexible, sometimes unpredictable daily schedule.
• A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video work.

Responsibilities

• Accompany the CEO throughout the day to capture behind-the-scenes moments, daily activities, meetings, travel, and experiences.
• Film high-quality video content that tells a compelling story and reflects the CEO's personal brand.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos suitable for blogs and digital platforms.
• Upload, format, and publish completed videos to the CEO's blog and other designated platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas and identify opportunities to capture interesting, shareable moments.
• Assist with writing video titles, captions, descriptions, and supporting blog content.
• Maintain an organized library of video footage and completed projects.
• Stay up to date on video trends, storytelling techniques, and digital content strategies.
