Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology or related field.
• One year experience with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training and development.
• Conduct of research in behavior analysis within an applied setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs program participant contact to effect behavioral change in daily living, behavior management and social skills.
• Works with supervisors to develop and generalize behavioral change following least restrictive guidelines.
• Provides Behavioral Therapy and Active Treatment in residence and community settings; submits weekly logs with objectives and results.
