Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate well with others, verbally and in written form.

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities by prompting and reinforcing communication and instruction of new skills according to protocols.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings on client protocols.
  • Assist with prompting and reinforcing communication, instruction of new skills, and implementation of protocols to reduce undesirable behaviors, including direct instruction to individuals or small groups.
  • Collect direct observational data, input data into computer systems, graph data, and communicate findings to staff and care providers.
