Job summary

Integrity Learning Center in Indiana is hiring an RBT to join our center-based ABA therapy team. You will implement BCBA-designed plans to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer paid training with RBT credential support, bi-annual raises, 6-month promotions, a monthly bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates actively pursuing a degree will also be considered.
• Experience in ABA or working with children preferred but not required.
• Must pass a background check
• RBT certification preferred, but we provide full training and certification support for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Run skill acquisition programs and teach new skills using play-based ABA strategies.
• Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress in real time.
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive replacement behaviors.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in compliance with company and insurance guidelines.
• Communicate with caregivers to provide a daily summary of each child’s progress.
• Participate in training and team meetings to enhance your skills and collaborate with professionals.
