Job summary

Life Support Behavioral Institute is seeking a Behavior Specialist for our Centennial, Colorado office. The role requires reliable, effective communication and availability for evenings and weekends; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with an unrestricted license is needed, and experience with at‑risk families is desirable. Transportation to appointments is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license.
• Experience with at‑risk families is a plus.
• BLS and CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized.

Job Summary

Life Support Behavioral Institute is looking to hire a Behavior Specialist with a minimum Bachelor level (Master's level preferred) for our Centennial, Colorado Office. Life Support Behavioral Institute is a mental health facility that serves at risk children, youth and families. Behavior Specialist must be reliable and an effective communicator and be available for evenings and weekends. Experience working with at risk families a plus. Bilingual (English / Spanish) also a plus. Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Also must keep accurate client records current and have reliable transportation to be able to transport children to appointment visits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment planAdhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
