Job summary

Adventure ABA, LLC is hiring full-time Behavioral Technicians in Phoenix, AZ. You will work directly with children and adults with autism, helping them learn new skills and increase independence within clinic, home, or school settings.

No prior behavioral health experience is required; we provide supported RBT training and ongoing support as you begin your career path in this rewarding field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit on the floor for extended periods.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it upon offer of employment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel up to 35 miles between sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy in clinic, home, or school settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with supervisors and fellow therapists.
• Create encouraging, engaging learning experiences.

Pay: $18–$28 per hour

WHAT DOES A BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN DO?

As a Behavioral Technician, you'll work directly with children and adults with autism to help them learn new skills, build confidence, and increase independence.

Your days may involve playing games to encourage communication, helping a client practice everyday routines, or celebrating a milestone that means the world to a family.

You'll also:

• Provide one-on-one therapy in clinic, home, or school settings

• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA

• Collect data to monitor client progress

• Collaborate with supervisors and fellow therapists

• Create encouraging, engaging learning experiences
