Job summary

Therapy Smarts, Inc. seeks a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 pediatric services to clients with ASD in our Durham/Chapel Hill clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed interventions, collect progress data, and collaborate with parents for home carryover.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 services to children with ASD in a clinical setting.
• Implement interventions and procedures outlined in treatment plans designed by the BCBA.
• Maintain accurate data collection to track progress and support medical necessity of intensive services.
• Participate in supervision sessions with the BCBA.
• Assist in material prep, lesson planning, and maintenance of clinical space.
• Communicate with parents regarding progress and home carryover.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 pediatric therapy in our Sensory Clinic and clinic-based settings.
• Implement and monitor behavior-analytic interventions per BCBA guidance.
• Collect and review progress data to inform treatment decisions.
• Support supervision meetings with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team.
• Prepare teaching materials and maintain a welcoming clinical space.
• Provide parent updates and guidance for carryover at home.
