Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry‑Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic‑based ABA therapy to children with autism. Whether you’re new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.
Schedule: Centers operate 8 am‑6 pm, Monday‑Friday, plus occasional half‑day Saturdays. Full‑time preferred; part‑time requires open availability within these hours and at least 25 hrs/week (may vary by center).
Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership.
