Job summary

A leading ABA therapy provider in Hazlet Township is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children with autism. Responsibilities include conducting 1:1 ABA therapy, data collection using RethinkBH, and communicating with parents regarding progress. Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
• RBT certification preferred; training provided if not yet certified.
• Must pass background check, child abuse registry, and drug testing.
• Must pass background check, child abuse registry and drug testing.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Complete 40-hour behavioral technician training or willingness to do so.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of Positive Behavior Supports (PBS).
• Ability to implement treatment plans with independence and confidence.
