Job summary

Aces for Autism is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) in Greenville, NC to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic setting. This full-time or part-time role offers meaningful mentorship from BCBAs, licensed/certification support, and growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA plans, recording progress, coordinating with families and clinicians, and staying active during sessions.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Setting:

This is a clinic based- ABA Therapy positon working 1:1 with childgren diagnosed with autism.

What You'll Do as a Behavior Technician (BT):

Being a Behavior Technician (BT) at Aces for Autism is both rewarding and fun-perfect for those who love working with people, being creative, and making a meaningful difference. From celebrating each child's progress to engaging in play-based learning and building strong relationships, our team finds joy in every part of the journey.

You will:

• Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes
• Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success
• Stay physically active during sessions - sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.

Schedule & Hours:

• Available Monday-Friday
• Full -time work hours
• 8:00a-5:00p
• 12:00p-5:00p

Pay & Perks

• Hourly Pay Range: $18.00-$19.00 hour (based on experience and credentials)

Position Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Able to occasionally lift 50lbs (required)

About the Organization

Aces for Autism, a growing non-profit organization, currently serves Eastern NC children and families offering clinic based 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorders in Greenville and Wilson NC. Construction has began on the new 23.83 acre Ron and Rose Bowen Family Autism Campus on Worthington Road in Winterville, NC.
