Job summary

Behavioral Intervention Association is seeking committed professionals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder from their location in Clovis, California. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Mandatory BCAT certification within 90 days of employment.
• 40-hour Competency Based Training designed by a BIA BCBA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA treatment to children with ASD.
• Prepare for each session, ensuring equipment is charged.
• Accurate time reporting and data capture for each session.
• Implement program activities assigned by Program Manager.
• Attend all scheduled patient sessions and team meetings.

Provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), provided the services are within the experience and competence of the practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Is prepared for each session (e.g., charged IPAD, is current on any clinical updates)
• Accurately reports time and gather signatures (yourself and from parent) verifying session occurred
• Implement the program/activities determined by the Program Manager and/or Director including appropriate stimuli, reinforcement and materials
• Accurately captures quantitative and qualitative data each session
• Implements trained methods (e.g., discrete trial, visuals, generalization, naturalistic teaching) in an individualized manner
• Attend all scheduled patient sessions and meetings with program team.
• Follows all protocols for canceled Sessions- (see employee handbook)
• Adhere to all guidelines related to ethics, HIPAA and workplace safety
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism, including adhering to all policies listed in the BIA Employee Policies.

Qualifications
